Susan Bellina is known by her colleagues in the Real Estate
Community as one of the most successful agents in Southwest Florida.
Her reputation is well deserved. She has been the highest producer for
Waterstone Real Estate since 1992 and the "Top Producer" for the Bonita Springs
Board of Realtors in 1992, 1993, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000,
& 2001 a recognition not easily obtainable. Since the beginning
of her real estate career she has sold over THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE MILLION
dollars of real estate.
Among her other accomplishments, she has also received Waterstone Real Estate "Golden Elite" Award for 1992-2002
and was a Member of the Top Gun Panel in 1997 and 2000. Susan specializes
in beach front properties, with most of her production being in the
exclusive community of Barefoot Beach Club and Bonita Beach where purchasers
enjoy the best of lifestyles that Florida's Gulf of Mexico has to offer.
Susan lives in Barefoot Beach Club which is proud of its' 3 1/2 miles
of sugary sand, shelling, fishing, swimming, and private club, The Miramar
Beach and Tennis Club.
Susan holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Biology from Montclair
College in New Jersey. Before choosing Real Estate as her career, Susan
taught Biology to high school students for 7 years in the island of
Bermuda. She is a Graduate of the Real Estate Industry and is a Certified
Residential Specialist. Susan is a 12
year active member
of the Bonita Springs Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors,
and National Association of Realtors. She has continuously broken a

year record in
her local Bonita Board, consisting of over 537
Realtors, for
the highest production level sold to date.
